I bought this to apply to my boyfriend’s shoulder. He has been having problems with it for some time, the first night that I applied this he could tell a difference the next day. We now apply this to him regularly and it has helped with his range of motion and over all comfort level.
I tried this myself just yesterday. I get unusually bad cramps every month in my lower back. They can get so bad that I get shooting pains down my legs, it can be difficult to walk, sit and sometimes even laying down can be uncomfortable. I have tried Tylenol, Ibuprofen and even Midol to help and while they do help take some of the pain it is still usually there for a day or two. Yesterday when the cramps started I applied this to my lower back and rubbed it in for a minute. Within 20 minutes the pain, discomfort and muscle tightness was all gone (I took no pain medicines along with the rub). I reapplied it before I went to bed and woke up today feeling great. This rub is the real deal and I highly recommend having one in your medicine cabinet.

I have been using this for pain for over a year.
