Coming from a person who has suffered from severe migraines from the age of 16, the kind that literally cripple you. Make you physically sick, to the point you are forced to be in a dark room away from all light and noises. It’s a miserable experience…… now imagine experiencing this 3-4 times a week. Yeah, this can get difficult and disruptive. I’m not saying this cures it, or makes it magically disappear. I have yet to find anything that does that. BUT I will say with all BS aside, if you use this when you feel the onset of one coming on…….. It decreased the chances of it becoming a full blown migraine. Which is a blessing within itself. Thanks to Relief Rub I don’t have to use over the counter medicines. This rub is a miracle cure for all achy things. I use it on my throbbing feet, my stomach cramps, my stiff neck.
